We are a catalog, not the charter operator

BatumiWave helps you find and compare yachts, boats and sea activities in Batumi. We collect offers from local owners and operators.

We are not the owner of every listed vessel. We do not run every trip. We do not take payment for bookings. The contract for the trip or service is between you and the owner or operator you contact.

Payment

Any deposit, cash payment, bank transfer or other payment is made to the owner or operator, on terms you agree with them. If a payment dispute arises, raise it with that person or business. BatumiWave cannot refund a trip we did not charge for.

Information on listing pages

We review listings and try to keep photos, prices, capacity and contacts up to date. Information can still be incomplete, change during the season, or differ from what you are told at the pier.

Treat catalog prices as a starting point. Confirm the final terms with the owner or operator before you pay or board.

Safety at sea

The captain or operator is responsible for the vessel, the route, weather decisions, life jackets and the safety of guests on board.

Sea conditions on the Black Sea can change. A trip may be delayed, shortened or cancelled because of weather. That decision belongs to the operator, not to BatumiWave.

Follow the crew's instructions. If you have medical limits, seasickness or cannot swim, tell the operator before departure.

Other services in the catalog

Photographers, massage, diving, jet ski, kayaks and similar offers are also provided by independent operators. The same rule applies: you book and pay with them, not with BatumiWave.

Reviews are personal opinions. Links to Instagram, Facebook, maps or other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for those sites or for what happens after you leave batumiwave.com.

If something on a listing looks wrong, or you had a problem with an operator, write to hello@batumiwave.com. We can update or hide a listing. We cannot replace the operator's contract with you.
